  • We would request for the personal information at the time of booking or during online payment. We would request for Name, sex, contact number, address, date of birth etc.
  • We respects the privacy information and declare that all the information we get from the customers are held confidential and will be shared with the vendors or suppliers during the time of booking and will be stored in our servers securely.
  • Information like mobile numbers, email will be used for our promotional purposes unless the customer opts out of such use.
  • When you reserve a hotel or purchase a package through behindtrips.com, you will receive an email confirming your reservation as well as the voucher for your selected Hotel. Your reservation or purchase through behindtrips.com also means you accept all terms and conditions
  • We acts only as a coordinating agent and would provide all services to the best of our abilities however we cannot be held responsible for services provided by the Resorts, Hotels, travels etc.,
  • The check in and check out time may differ for all packages, as the check in and check out time purely depend on the hotel being used for the package. Some hotel may have 24hrs check in and check out, whereas others have a defined time.
  • All the packages are desinged on twin sharing basis. If three sharing is desired, cost of the additional person should be checked with our team.
  • The packages are provided with the genral need of the people across. The price range of packages starts from standard 2 pax till premium 6 pax. If your tour group is more than that, kinldy write to us or call us. we will give you a custom package for your group.
  • Terms and conditions at the hotels/boat house are applicable.
  • At behindtrips, we will give our best opinion for accomodation and food. The customers should always be prepared to enjoy the local dish and culture. Ex: People travelling to kerala should prepare to enjoy the healthy local cuisine.
  • There would be “no tax exemption” on any of the package bookings.
  • All extras would be charged separately.
  • We would need any confirmation by email
  • In case of any update on confirmed hotel booking, the rates are subject to change.
  • 100% Payment to be made 5days prior to departure
  • If any modification to the confirmed nos, the price may vary and additional cost to be borne by the client.
  • Guests who do early departures will be charged for full length of stay.
  • The quote will be valid for travel in the mentioned dates only. (Surcharge if any will be applicable during the period of Conference, Events, Convention, Peak & Festival and has to be borne by the client)
  • All rates above are based on normal conditions and subject to adjustment should there be fair in any of the cities.
  • Early check in and late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • In case the mentioned Hotel is not available at the time of reservation a similar hotel would be offered.
  • All hotels and related services are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • No refund would be provided for any unutilized services/meals (due to any reason).
  • Any unutilized service / meal cannot be compensated either in Cash/or for any other service / or on any other day.
  • Any services apart from the mentioned list are chargeable and would have to be paid at the time of check-out by the clients.
  • Cost is based on standard room with breakfast in the hotel, Lunch & Dinner in a local Restaurant,if mentioned in the Itinerary.
  • Special requests such as rooms adjacent to a colleague, close to the elevators, etc. should be requested for at the time of booking and will be confirmed subject to availability at the hotel.
  • All advances paid to the vendors on account of Group arrangements would be borne by the corporate and any cancellations charges should be paid by them.
  • Any increase in the number of passengers traveling in the groups would be subject to the availability of HotelRooms at that time and any increase in the rates would accordingly be charged.
  • All rates are subject to change due to low operating strength of group members i.e. Incase the number of passengers traveling / staying in the hotels falls below the numbers provided.
  • Cockerage Charges at the Hotels or Restaurants, Snacks, Tips, Gratuities are not included in the quote and would have to be settled by the customer or the corporate representative.
  • The consumption of soft drinks, liquor, wines etc. Are not included and would be charged as per actual.
  • Any quotation is based on the hotel stated above and is dependent on availability at the time of reservations. If the hotel is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.
  • Corporate/individuals will allow us to amend / cancel the inclusions or the tour programme in consultations with the corresponding individual, incase circumstances make it necessary to do so or in-case of circumstances beyond our control.
  • Hotels, meals, transport, sightseeing’s etc. separate Vendor’s bills will not presented along with the our final invoice.
  • All billing will be as per number of rooms used in the respective hotels in single or doubles / twins and as per the other services utilized.
  • We are not be responsible for any lost or damage for the group’s personal baggage or belongings during the stay, we would request the group members to take care of their belongings on their own. However we would provide assistance to the best of their ability.
  • To pay for any extra services beyond the package inclusions (Until approved by corporate staff accompanying the Group in writing).
