Our Policy
- The Payment for the booking should be done directly to the companies account.
- 50% of the tour price should be paid while booking the package.
- Only after the initial payment is made, booking will be done. As the room availability is based on the time of the booking, any delay in the initial payment may lead to unavailability of the room, inwhich case a hotel/resort of same category will be looked upon.
- Final payment should be made before 7 days of the tour date. We advise to make the payment on time to make smoother and comfortable booking.
- If the payment is not made before the tour date for any circumstances, the tour may consider as cancelled and the cacellation policy will be applied on. If the tour is cancelled by unavoidable situations, the customer should write to us atleast 10 days ahead of the tour date and cacellation charges will be applicable on these situations.
